Wsak is a social platform that enables users to:

• Create and share cosplay photos and videos
• Discover and view cosplay content from other users
• Participate in monthly cosplay challenges
• Follow other users and interact with their content through likes and comments
• Send direct messages to other users
• Build and maintain a personal profile

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the safety and integrity of our community.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Wsak. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Wsak platform.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Is spam, misleading, or deceptive

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or moderate any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also disable accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

The Wsak service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
